Shipping

We currently ship to the countries and postal areas enabled at checkout. Shipping cost and the estimated delivery window are shown before payment. Free shipping applies on eligible orders over €50 to selected destinations; exact eligibility and any exclusions are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information where available.

Returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. Food supplements must remain unopened, unused and sealed to be eligible for return, for health-protection and hygiene reasons. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately — contact us with your order number and photographs.
