About These Terms

These terms apply to purchases from euhealth365.com and the use of the Euro Health website. Euro Health 365® is a brand of NexaGens B.V., De Limes 7, BioPartner 5, Leiden BioScience Park, 2342 DH Oegstgeest, The Netherlands. KVK 99957442. VAT NL869203654B01. Contact: info@euhealth365.com.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Products and Food-Supplement Information

Euro Health products are foods and food supplements, not medicinal products. Website information is general and is not medical advice. Products are not offered to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure disease.

Product pages should provide mandatory food information before purchase, including the product description, recommended daily dose, active amounts, ingredients, allergens, warnings, net quantity and responsible operator. The best-before date may be provided on the delivered product.

Follow the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep products out of reach of young children.

Suitability

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, allergens, warnings and age restrictions. Seek professional advice before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for children, before surgery, with medication or with a diagnosed condition. Stop use and seek advice if an unexpected reaction occurs.

Orders

Product display is an invitation to place an order. An order is received when submitted and accepted when we send confirmation that establishes the sales contract. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance because of unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or an obvious pricing or product-information error. If payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.

Prices, VAT and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated and include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment must be authorised before dispatch.

Availability and Product Changes

Products are subject to availability. Packaging may be updated, but the delivered product information controls. Do not use an old website screenshot as a substitute for the current label. If a material product change affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible.

Delivery

We deliver to locations enabled in checkout. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Under applicable consumer law, goods must be delivered without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed, no later than the statutory period. Risk generally passes when the customer or nominated recipient takes physical possession.

Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of withdrawal from an online purchase, subject to legal exceptions. Returned change-of-mind goods must be unused, unopened and sealed. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may lose the withdrawal right when unsealed after delivery. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain covered by statutory rights.

The customer pays direct return costs unless the return is caused by our error or a defect. Full details appear in the Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns page.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the customer provides evidence of return, as permitted by law. For a complete withdrawal, standard outbound delivery costs are refunded; additional premium-delivery costs are not.

Subscriptions

A subscription exists only when a product page clearly offers it and the customer actively selects it. Frequency, price, renewal and cancellation information must be shown before purchase. Cancellation does not reverse an order already processed unless the law or specific subscription terms require otherwise.

Promotions

Promotions may have stated start and end dates, eligibility conditions, product exclusions and usage limits. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. We will not use false countdowns, fabricated scarcity, invented reviews or unsubstantiated "best seller" claims.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for information submitted through the account. Contact us promptly if unauthorised use is suspected.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics and original content belong to NexaGens B.V. or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law allows.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or use content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for loss caused by misuse contrary to the label. Business customers may be subject to different terms agreed separately.

Privacy

Personal data are handled according to the Privacy Policy and cookie choices. Payment providers and Shopify may also process data under their own notices.

Complaints

Contact info@euhealth365.com with the order number and a clear description. We will try to resolve complaints within a reasonable time. This does not affect the right to contact a competent authority or use mandatory consumer remedies.

Governing Law

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of their habitual residence. Disputes are submitted to the competent court, subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.

Changes

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version applicable to an order is the version available when the order is placed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
