Shipping Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
Destinations
Orders can be delivered only to countries and postal areas available at checkout. Delivery options may differ by destination, parcel size and carrier.
Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and shown before payment. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion applies only when displayed at checkout and may have destination or product exclusions.
Delivery Estimates
The checkout and order confirmation show an estimated delivery window. Estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, customs checks, incomplete addresses and peak demand may cause delay.
Order Confirmation
After ordering, the customer receives an email confirming the order details. If an item becomes unavailable, a payment cannot be authorised or a clear pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer, amend the order with consent or cancel and refund the affected item.
Tracking
When the chosen service provides tracking, a dispatch email includes the carrier link. Tracking can take several hours to become active. The carrier's scan history is not controlled by Euro Health.
Address Changes
Check the delivery details before payment. Contact us promptly about an error. We will try to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment starts. The customer may be responsible for additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address where legally permitted.
Delivery Problems
If the parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, first check the tracking link and delivery address. Then contact info@euhealth365.com with the order number. We may need to open an investigation with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
Damaged Parcels
Photograph the outside of the parcel, shipping label, internal packaging and affected product. Keep all materials until we confirm the next step.
Cross-Border Orders
For destinations outside the EU, import VAT, duties or clearance fees may apply unless checkout states that they are included. The customer is responsible for local import requirements where legally applicable. Non-EU shipping will not be enabled until the operational and regulatory process is confirmed.
Legal Delivery Period
Mandatory consumer rights apply. Unless a different delivery time is agreed, EU consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
