FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is a food supplement?
A food supplement is a concentrated source of nutrients or other substances intended to supplement the normal diet. It is not a medicine and should not be presented as preventing, treating or curing disease.
2. How do I choose between products?
Compare the recommended daily dose, active amounts, ingredient forms, %NRV, warnings and suitability information. Bigger numbers are not automatically better. Avoid duplicating the same nutrient across several supplements.
3. Can I take several Euro Health 365® products together?
Possibly, but check overlapping vitamins and minerals first. If you use medication, have a diagnosed condition or are unsure about total intake, ask a doctor or pharmacist.
4. Can I use supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Do not assume that every supplement is suitable. Check the product-specific warnings and seek professional advice, especially for botanicals, high-dose vitamins and mineral products.
5. Are Euro Health 365 products suitable for children?
Only when the specific product page and label say so. The launch range is not a children's range, and several products have age-specific restrictions or adult-level doses.
6. Are the products vegan, vegetarian, halal or allergen-free?
Only a product-specific statement supported by the final formula and documentation should be relied on. Check the ingredients and allergen information on the product page; capsule shells, collagen, royal jelly and other animal-derived ingredients can affect suitability.
7. Are the products independently tested?
We do not use a general independent-testing claim. A testing or certification statement will appear only where valid, current and product-specific documentation supports it.
8. Why do some products have very high %NRV values?
%NRV compares the daily portion with an EU labelling reference value. It is not a personalised target, a treatment dose or a score of product quality. Follow the stated daily dose and account for other supplements.
9. Where do you ship?
We ship to the countries and areas enabled in checkout. Shipping cost and the estimated delivery window are shown before payment.
10. How do I track an order?
When tracking is available, a link is sent by email after dispatch. It may take several hours for the carrier page to update.
11. What if my parcel is damaged, incomplete or incorrect?
Contact info@euhealth365.com with the order number and photographs. Keep the parcel and packaging until we provide instructions.
12. Can I return an unopened product?
Consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to notify us of withdrawal. Change-of-mind returns must be unopened, unused and sealed. Unsealed supplements may be excluded for health-protection or hygiene reasons.
13. How are refunds paid?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may wait for the goods or proof of return. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
14. Is the Journal medical advice?
No. Journal content is general educational information. For symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, laboratory interpretation or individual supplement advice, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
